4 x Life Assurance

Hamptons provide each employee with cover equivalent to four times basic salary.

Contributory Pension

The Company has designated AXA SunLife as the provider for their Stakeholder and Group Personal Pension Plan. Upon completion of 3 months service with the Company, employees are eligible to make contributions into the schemes.

The Employee will become eligible for a company contribution into their pension after 3 years continuous service with the Company.

Referral Rewards

At Hamptons we offer all staff the potential to earn some extra money by referring business to other departments. Such referrals include:

Recruitment – if we recruit a recommended family member or personal friend you can receive cash rewards of up to £1000. These payments are conditional on the individual passing their probation.

Sales – If we are successful with an instruction from a member of your family or personal friend outside of your branch, you will receive a percentage of the fee, up to £2000.

Fitness First

Fitness First are the largest health and fitness club operator in the world. They offer superb facilities in 180 locations across the UK and a further 341 across the world, including Europe, Asia and Australia. Hamptons Membership discount is based on a minimum of 10+ employees as members, and includes:

  • Free Corporate Invitation – enabling employees to ‘try-out’ our facilities locally.
  • No Joining Fee (This can amount to a saving of up to £100)

Health Insurance

This is a benefit which is available to all Management level staff.

Eye-Care Vouchers

Available to all staff who have to use a display screen for a significant part of the working day.

Child Care Vouchers

As part of Hamptons’ family friendly policies and to support all our working parents we operate a Child Care voucher scheme. Child Care vouchers are non-cash vouchers that enable employees to obtain child care with qualified carers, and support in the provision of care for the child.

Paid Holiday

The holiday entitlement is 25 days per year for new starters and can increase with loyal service.
