Training Development Programme (TDP)

For our Sales Negotiators and Administrators, we have developed an in-house TDP. This is a structured development programme which assesses and records the individual’s progress in areas such as sales negotiation, market knowledge and systems skills.

These are completed over periods of up to 2 and a half years, individuals are tested after each level (1-6 for Negotiators and 1-4 for Administrators) and the successful completion of either TDP is an influential factor when considering promotion for the individual concerned.
