Hamptons International, one of the UK’s premier residential agents, provided expert insight into the lettings market for the BBC.
The interview took place for the BBC’s prime news programme ‘News at Ten’, with the agent revealing rising demand for rental property – up 9% year on year. It also noted a different sort of tenant emerging in the current climate, as prospective buyers put their buying plans on hold while waiting to see what will happen to the sales market.
