Hamptons International, one of the UK’s premier international residential agencies and a subsidiary of Emaar Properties, has teamed up with Letsure, a leading lettings insurance specialist, to provide a new insurance product for Hamptons’ landlords.
The Rent & Legal Protection product has been exclusively designed for Hamptons International with the aim to cover landlords against losses that can occur as a result of unforeseen events, such as tenants failing to pay their rent or breaching the terms of the tenancy.

The Rent and Legal Protection plan has been launched this month (March) in selected Hamptons International offices and will be rolled out to all lettings branches over the coming months.
