Hamptons International has announced an exclusive new service for landlords called ‘Premium Lettings’. The new service will provide a unique marketing opportunity to landlords, allowing them to work together with Hamptons to find the right tenants quickly and effectively, reducing void periods and helping to uphold the rental value of their properties.
Premium Lettings is one of the only services of its kind offered free of charge by a residential lettings agent and will give landlords a dedicated section on Hamptons websites for specialist property searches, as well as tailored activity targeting Hamptons’ network of relocation agents, home search agents and corporate partners. Professional photography and floorplans will be used across all marketing materials together with print and window advertising for more enhanced visual marketing of premium properties on the market, in addition to local press releases and advertising.

Premium Lettings will be available across the Hamptons International UK branch network and will be offered at no additional cost for landlords.
