Our Corporate Liaison Services team will help your staff relocate and settle into their new home and surroundings, whether they are staying for a few weeks or a few years. 

We offer a free home finding service which is managed by a dedicated Account Manager and always tailored to the specific requirements of the company and the individual.

How can we assist you or your new staff member?

For anyone relocating it can be a very daunting process. Our Global Corporate Services team are always on hand to provide their expertise and try to make this process as stress-free as possible.

Here is how it works:

  • Home search– we provide a pre-arrival consultation to make sure we find the right properties in the right location
  • Property Tours – we arrange property tours with our experienced Senior Negotiators to fit in with your employee’s busy schedule
  • You will have access to a dedicated Account Manager to work with your employees throughout their home search, from start to finish

Who else can we help?

For employees who are relocating but are not eligible for any financial assistance, they could also benefit from a dedicated Account Manager in finding a new home. Our Corporate Services team have worked with New Hires, Graduates and Diplomats where their employers are keen to ensure that they have the given support and access to professional advice during their move.

Professionally Managed Tenancies

When your employees relocate to a town or city for work, they have enough to handle with starting a new job. The added chore of finding and moving into a home is often one burden too many.

If you have staff being posted in the UK, we can take care of their new tenancy. That includes everything from preparing documents and transferring utilities at the start of the let to negotiating and settling the departure. We will also help to find the right property in the first place.

Our service includes:

  • All offer negotiations and preparations associated with a let
  • Preparing all documents including the tenancy agreement
  • Checking to ensure compliance with statutory regulations
  • Arranging an inventory clerk to attend the check-in on behalf of the tenant
  • Arranging regular rental payments made on the client’s behalf, including any tax deductions
  • Arranging utility transfers and set up payments
  • Arranging the signing and exchange of the tenancy agreement
  • Preparing the license agreement and get this signed by the tenant
  • Writing a welcome letter to the tenant including information about the local area and confirming our property management and maintenance arrangements
  • A help desk which the tenant can call regarding any problems with the property throughout the tenancy
  • Arranging to renew or end a tenancy
  • Negotiation and settlement of any damages and reimbursements
