The ground floor is still one big room with a built in kitchen and a small bathroom.

Spiral stairs lead to the main floor with two bedrooms on a corridor where the nicely preserved authentic front door leads out to a slightly sloping outside space. From the front door a path leads down towards the street. The bedroom windows offer an attractive view towards the hills

Features such as the old wooden floor and the panelled windows and inside doors provide some lovely traditional character. Being a stone house the thickness of its walls help to keep out the heat of summer as well as the cold in winter.

New aluminium shutters have been installed and the windows all have modern screens. The bigger bedroom has air-conditioning.

In addition to the house there is also a small old derelict house next door. This could be made useful for different purposes such as a parking spot or extra garden space.

Village life in Agros nowadays is still lively, with a school, supermarket, pharmacy and several coffee shops. Acharavi is only 16 km and the nearest beach is at Agios Georgos Pagon, just 5 km away.
