Rustic property with a total of 1,100,000 m2, where we find a variety of buildings, belonging to several historical eras and even a prehistoric site.
The buildings are varied and in the first group we find the farmhouse, consisting of three buildings attached to a "U", where the center of the U is a
nice open patio through which you access the apartment.
A very old defense tower forms the right side of this house. (79 m2), the second building we find the typical Menorcan country house with its porxus (authentic volumes on the first floor with spaces to hang the homemade sausages typical of the island.).
This part of the house adds about 470 m2. Included, the cheese factory, grain stores and garage.
The house is supplied with water through a cistern and cistern that collects rainwater under the patio.
In another part of the farm we find agricultural buildings with authentic stables 400 m2 with incredible views of the south coast of Menorca, warehouse garage of 86 m2 blocks of more than 100 m2 and two more buildings that add more than 90 m2.
