Town View Villa is located in central Corfu in Kompitsi village, a 15-minute drive from Corfu town.

This villa is located on the hilltop of Kompitsi village in central Corfu.

Upon entering the villa's gate, there is the parking area and a spacious garden with a wide variety of fruit trees and plenty of pine trees.

The front door leads to an open-plan dining and the living area, with an open fireplace and lots of windows that create a very nice bright and airy atmosphere.
At your right, there is a small WC for guests and the kitchen.
Walking through the open-plan living and dining area there are two bedrooms with big windows. In between, there is the master bathroom and right opposite a linen room. The third and smaller bedroom is next to the open-plan dining and living area.

In the basement, there is a small studio, a separate bathroom and a storage room.

The villa's central heating is provided by heat accumulators and A/C units. In addition, solar water heaters are used for hot water.

The garden is fenced and has plenty of space for a swimming pool.

Corfu town is a 15-minute drive away and the nearest beaches are a 20-minute drive away.
