A lovely open-plan family village house in the traditional village of Agios Mattheos.

Aqua House is located on the edge of the village of Agios Mattheos, in a large plot with lots of potential for future owners. There is ample space surrounding the house for private parking or landscaping.

Entering the house you come into a lovely bright open-plan living and kitchen/dining area with a feature wall open fireplace and a mezzanine floor above. On this level, there is also a shower room, guest WC and a good-sized bedroom.

Agios Mattheos is a lively but traditional village that is open all year with tavernas, cafes, bakery, butcher, supermarket all within walking distance of the house. Paramona beach is just a 5 minute drive and the famous sandy Halikouna beach is about a 15 minute drive.
