Situated in a quiet area in the hills above Acharavi, Villa Vista combines that feeling of being totally secluded, yet is a quick drive from all amenities.

A gateway and wall divides the front of the garden from the road and an 'in/out' driveway leads to the front of the house. From here, the front door leads straight into the light and airy sitting room and kitchen. Patio windows on two sides allow light to flood in, and lead to a covered terrace facing the pool and an uncovered balcony overlooking the garden below and the beautiful sea view beyond. The garden is easy to manage, mainly paved with large raised flowerbeds.

The two double bedrooms are to the other side of the house, the guest room having a large en suite bathroom, the master bedroom the use of the main bathroom. Each bedroom has patio windows looking over the view.

All rooms have open wood ceilings and a tiled floor, and the house is light and spacious. Air conditioning has been installed in the bedrooms and sitting room, and all the installation is already in place for radiators.
